- If you are incorrectly charged due to a billing error on our part.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Services that have already been rendered, including partially used subscription periods.
- Dissatisfaction arising from user error, such as incorrect usage of features or failure to understand plan inclusions.
- Downgrading or canceling a plan before the end of the billing cycle.
